Responsibilities

• Performs property maintenance across painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and more.
• Maintains community buildings and common areas to company standards.
• Responds promptly to service orders and communicates status to residents.
• Inspects and replaces exterior lighting as needed.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Supervisor and CM/DM to meet objectives.
• Ensures safety compliance in all tasks.
• Supports move-ins/move-outs preparation and utility connections.
