Responsibilities

• Repairs, alters and constructs plumbing systems per applicable codes.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment related to plumbing.
• May perform minor carpentry and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Instructs less experienced staff and communicates effectively with management and customers.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
