Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the building and construction field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of construction methods and local, state, and federal building codes.
• Experience in Public Housing, Real Estate, Building Inspections, Code Enforcement or equivalent education and experience.
• Certifications preferred but not required: OSHA 10, EPA Certification Type I & II, HVAC Certification, CPO (pool), Home Inspection Certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspection of turns to ensure work meets scope and quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of construction techniques to ensure renovations conform to building codes.
• Complete general assessments at homes and alert management when action is required.
• Complete repairs in vacant and occupied homes across multiple trades.
• Use and care for company tools and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
