Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals; welding is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
