Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic technicians to represent Synergy Preserve LLC to clients and provide excellent field service. The role covers general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, with a focus on high-quality customer service.

You will perform routine inspections, respond to work orders, read schematics, and may supervise external contractors for specialized projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
