Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic technicians to represent the company in field maintenance across residential and commercial properties. You will perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, and conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
