Qualifications

• Independently manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate/repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
