Responsibilities

• Performs demolition, renovation, alteration, installation, and repair work on county buildings and facilities.

• Reads blueprints and sketches; performs flooring, masonry, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and HVAC tasks.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and can move heavier items with assistance; works in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
• May supervise crews or outside contractors and maintain records.
