Job summary

Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the Facilities department. The role covers a range of trades with increasing independence as training progresses, enabling you to perform repairs and routine maintenance on buildings and fixtures.

The position requires multi-trade capability, strong safety awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment across bases within CNRMA/CNIC enterprises.

Qualifications

• Experience across at least two trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or Painting).
• Ability to use basic hand tools and portable power tools safely.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations for facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Repair, replace, and maintain building components and fixtures.
• Maintain logs and report progress; assist with events or special projects.
