Zusammenfassung

The City of Branson seeks a skilled maintenance worker to cover a broad range of trades from custodial tasks to building and grounds upkeep. You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, roofing, welding, and concrete work, while ensuring HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems run smoothly through preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include outdoor landscaping, snow removal, and maintaining flooring and public spaces.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three (3) years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and/or skilled building.
• OSHA 30 certification within 12 months of hire date.
• Bucket Truck, Crane Truck, and Forklift Training certification within 12 months of hire date.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Must pass background, drug and alcohol screenings, and physical agility screening.

Aufgaben

• Tackle a wide range of building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, roofing, welding, and concrete work.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mowers, and pumps through preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform repairs, cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of flooring and public/office spaces.
• Maintain outdoor spaces with landscaping, mowing, irrigation maintenance, and seasonal snow removal.
