HHHunt's Abberly Onyx apartments is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician who is customer-focused and committed to delivering quality service. You will diagnose and fix electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and other systems to keep residents comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities include responding to daily maintenance requests, maintaining grounds and amenities, supporting a safe and welcoming community, and pursuing EPA and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical or grounds maintenance.
• EPA and CPO Certification a plus.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.

• Be committed to people by listening to the needs of residents and teammates with the goal of providing an exceptional resident experience every day.
• Be passionate about our community by ensuring grounds, amenities and office are ready to WOW customers at all times.
• Work well under pressure and be able to drive a company vehicle or golf cart, work with electricity, repair HVAC’s, troubleshoot various appliance problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency requests from residents.
• Have a willingness to learn and take advantage of opportunities to receive EPA and CPO certifications.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Abberly Onyx apartments, you are passionate about being Customer Focused and a Provider of Quality Services and Products. REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical or grounds maintenance
• EPA and CPO Certification a plus

The hiring range for Apartment Maintenance Technician is $18.59-$23.24/hr based on experience and certifications. Overtime and bonus pay are also available. This position is eligible for HHHunt’s benefits to include, health insurance, vacation, sick leave and 401K. HHHunt offers a 25% taxable rental discount if you lease an HHHunt apartment. To become a resident at any HHHunt community, all Team Members must pass standard resident screenings and background checks, (separate from employment background checks).
