Job summary

PFG Customized seeks team members to select cases and containers for customer orders in a multi-temp warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts, wrap and label orders, and ensure safety and quality while moving goods to the loading dock for shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work Sundays and Tuesdays with varied shifts. Training pay starts at $18/hour, increasing after 90 days to production pay when eligible.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Willingness to work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Must be able to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and keep work area safe.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on racks and locate products according to orders.
• Move stock from pick slots onto pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Transport pallets to shipping dock; may shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace and recharge batteries and complete equipment checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
