Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across multiple stores in your district. You will delegate tasks, mentor team members, and partner with store leadership to uphold high service standards.

Role involves visiting nearby stores, delivering top-tier customer experiences, and ensuring safety and compliance. Night-shift bonus applies and opportunities to advance within a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities such as repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to assist in lifting up to 40 pounds with another person.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required (up to 30 miles one way).

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills needed to deliver exceptional service, and provide the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
