Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and top-tier customer service. You will travel locally to support various stores and mentor team members to deliver a consistently great experience.

The role rewards high energy, strong leadership, and a willingness to drive performance across districts. Expect a dynamic schedule with weekend rotations and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve goals.
• Willingness to travel locally to support nearby stores.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (VA 21+ for certain tasks).
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop the skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory requirements.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
