Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team or coordinating staff across locations.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for high service standards.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and service skills.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining operational standards.
• Inspire and mentor staff and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations across districts.
• Uphold Sheetz Performance Standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safe, compliant store conditions and regulatory adherence.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
