Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across stores in the Roanoke district. You will lead teams, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of service while visiting multiple locations.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus and hands-on supervision as stores grow rapidly. Ideal candidates are capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments, with a track record in team leadership and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team and drive store performance.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Able to multitask in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 40 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
• Work alongside Team Members to ensure smooth operations across stores.
• Represent Sheetz by upholding Performance Standards and positive culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
