Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across stores in your district. You'll travel between locations, delegating tasks and maintaining standards in a fast-paced convenience retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles).

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
