Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in retail operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, inventory, or compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across store locations.
• Comfortable using inventory systems and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally to store locations as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational compliance across assigned retail stores.
• Communicate with store team members regarding: Receiving and processing inventory shipments; Trade-in processing procedures; Inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Assist stores in preparing for and passing comparable audits.
• Track and follow up on audit findings and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on maintenance requests.
• Provide operational guidance and support to store teams.
• Conduct store visits for support, training, and issue resolution.
• Escalate recurring or unresolved issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to store operations.
