Sunglass Hut in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Multi Store Manager to lead multiple mall stores. You will drive sales, coach a team of brand ambassadors, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the Sunglass Hut brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
• Time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and personal sales goals and all KPI’s.
• Identify opportunities to drive mall and store-level sales.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, mentoring and growth plans.
• Schedule staff to cover peak traffic and ensure coverage for events.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and training across stores.
• Coach on the floor to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Build and protect the Sunglass Hut brand and relationships with host environments.
