Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Full-Time Multi Store Manager to oversee two mall-based Sunglass Hut locations in Texas. You will drive sales, coach a team of brand ambassadors, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with The Sunglass Hut Experience.

You will recruit, schedule, and motivate staff while maintaining brand standards and executing company policies. Prior retail leadership and a passion for eyewear are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a retail leadership role.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multi-store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals for both stores and personal KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales across locations.
