Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Multi Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple Sunglass Hut stores in a mall setting. You will coach a team of brand ambassadors to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience and drive strong sales performance.

You will lead on-floor staff, ensure training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards while fostering an inclusive, energetic work environment that motivates teams to excel in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and personal sales goals and KPI targets.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to hit mall and store goals.
• Coach and develop team through growth plans and follow-ups.
• Recruit and hire staff to meet staffing needs.
• Train staff using onboarding tools and saturation reports.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure policy compliance.
