Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Multi Store Manager to oversee operations across multiple stores in a mall setting. You will coach a team of brand ambassadors, drive sales, and ensure a premium customer experience across locations.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail, a high school diploma, and a focus on achieving store KPIs while maintaining brand standards. Experience with scheduling and staff development is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and personal sales goals and KPI targets.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a team of brand ambassadors.
• Lead on the sales floor and ensure The Sunglass Hut Experience at multiple stores.
