Job summary

Sunglass Hut at Parks at Arlington is seeking a dedicated Multi Store Manager to oversee two stores within the mall, on-site. You will lead a team of brand ambassadors, coach staff, and ensure the Sunglass Hut Experience delivers exceptional service and sales performance across locations.

The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards and a positive, inclusive work environment. Prior retail leadership and a passion for eyewear are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to hit mall and store targets.
• Coach and mentor team through growth plans and regular feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff to meet business needs.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor engaging with customers.
