Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead operations across several stores in the Monroeville area. You’ll drive performance, supervise teams, and ensure top-tier customer service while traveling between locations within the district.

The role offers a competitive package with a $1.50/hr night differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities (standing, bending) with occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; lifting up to 40 lbs with another person may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks and maintaining service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to General Manager.
• Work with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
