Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Multi Store Manager to oversee operations for multiple stores within the same mall and lead a team on the sales floor. You will coach, develop, and inspire brand ambassadors to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience and exceed sales goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of leadership, with preferred bachelor’s degree and prior retail leadership experience. Full-time, on-site position in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering both stores and personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve mall goals.
• Inspire team through growth plans and coaching to promote accountability.
• Recruit and hire staff to staffing needs and manage onboarding.
• Manage scheduling and ensure coverage for high traffic days.
• Coach and develop the team to execute the Sunglass Hut Experience.
