Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking a Finance Specialist to support multiple Indiana dealerships in a high-impact F&I leadership role across Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne regions. You will partner with store leadership to improve PVR, product penetration, and lender relationships while mentoring F&I Managers and ensuring strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a high-performing F&I Manager (Director-level experience preferred).
• Proven track record of driving PVR, product penetration, and overall store performance.
• Strong knowledge of deal structure, lender relationships, compliance, and F&I operations.
• Experience mentoring, training, and coaching F&I Managers.
• Ability to identify performance gaps and implement effective solutions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with General Managers and Director-level leadership to improve store performance, PVR, and product penetration.
• Mentor, train, and coach F&I Managers to elevate performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement actionable solutions across multiple rooftops.
• Drive accountability through follow-up, reporting, and performance management.
• Support talent development, including hiring, onboarding, and building a strong F&I bench.
• Maintain and reinforce compliance with all regulations (CFPB, TILA, ECOA, etc.).
• Ensure deal structures and lender relationships align with best practices.
• Assist stores in structuring deals and presenting financing options.
• Lead by example in delivering a transparent, customer-first ownership experience.
