Rohrman Automotive Group seeks a Finance Specialist to drive F&I performance across Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne regions. You will partner with store leadership to improve PVR, product penetration, and lender relations while building a high-performing F&I bench.

The role emphasizes coaching, compliance, and multi-store accountability to elevate profitability and the ownership experience for customers across multiple dealerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a high-performing F&I Manager (Director-level experience preferred).
• Proven track record of driving PVR, product penetration, and overall store performance.
• Strong knowledge of deal structure, lender relationships, compliance, and F&I operations.
• Experience mentoring, training, and coaching F&I Managers.
• Ability to identify performance gaps and implement effective solutions.
• High level of accountability with a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all deal structures, lender relationships, and F&I processes align with best practices.
• Assist stores in structuring deals and presenting financing options when needed.
• Lead by example in delivering a transparent, customer-first ownership experience.

Finance Specialist

As a Finance Specialist with Rohrman Automotive Group, you will support dealerships across our Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne regions in a high-impact, multi-store role focused on driving performance, strengthening compliance, and elevating F&I operations. This position goes beyond the traditional Finance Manager role - you will serve as a strategic partner to store leadership, helping develop talent, improve processes, and increase overall profitability across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or former F&I Manager, Director, Trainer, or Multi-rooftop Leader
• Experience working directly with General Managers and executive leadership
• Background in performance management, store turnarounds, or talent development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience with F&I systems such as Tekion, RouteOne, and Dealertrack
