Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple restaurants, driving sales, guest relations and operations within a designated area. You will lead restaurant leadership teams, align with corporate goals and ensure exceptional customer service across units.

The role emphasizes financial management, staff development and strategic planning to maximize performance and profits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-unit operations.
• Experience overseeing Restaurant Managers in an assigned area.
• Ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Outstanding leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Must manage a P&L and execute a sales plan.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Strong math skills and Windows-based computer skills.

District Manager Summary: As a Buffalo Wild Wings District Manager, you are responsible for the success of several units within a state. As an integral part of the success of our business, the District Manager is supported with the tools needed to succeed in our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
