Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a District Manager in Manchester, NH to lead multiple store teams, drive sales, and strengthen community ties. You’ll coach store leaders, own P&L, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This role demands dynamic leadership, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to “Going the Extra Mile” for customers. ASE certification is a plus and career growth is supported across AutoZone’s network.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead district culture focused on customer satisfaction and operations.
• Attract, hire, and mentor store leaders; coach their performance.
• Own store performance: monitor sales, manage P&L, control expenses and inventory.
• Visit stores and commercial accounts to support teams and relationships.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and inclusive environments across stores.
• Elevate customer experience by resolving concerns with care and urgency.
• Develop annual business plans with goals for growth, service, and profitability.
