Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple store teams, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach store leaders, develop annual business plans, and build strong community partnerships to foster growth and profitability.

You will regularly visit stores and accounts, monitor P&L, optimize inventory, ensure safety and compliance, and resolve customer issues with urgency and care.

• Plan for Success: Develop annual business plans with clear goals for each store—focused on growth, service, and profitability.
