Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams in Maryland is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support two nearby stores, delivering friendly service and helpful product guidance to wholesale and retail customers.

You will process transactions, stock shelves, tint, mix, and assist with deliveries while maintaining store standards and meeting monthly sales goals. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin‑Williams employee rating of 'meets expectations' required.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock, pull products, tint and mix to customer specs.
• Stock shelves, set up displays and maintain store visuals.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Follow inventory controls and contribute to sales goals.
• Ensure knowledge of products and available options.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes.
