West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Cash Accountant to reconcile deposits and card payments daily across 50+ stores. You will collaborate with store teams, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate GL postings while maintaining strong organizational and analytical standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling month-end reconciliation and new store setup support. Strong attention to detail and customer-focused communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years bookkeeping experience or accounting degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with financial reconciliation processes.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile bank deposits and credit card payments daily to the general ledger for ~50 locations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies including data input and system errors.
• Build relationships with store teams and provide excellent service.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support new store setup and assist with projects as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
