Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or retail back-office experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for five store locations.
• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Maintain customer accounts and AR processes.
• Prepare customer statements and post customer payments.
• Prepare daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Process payroll and payroll-related transactions.
• Post journal entries and maintain accounting records.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Handle confidential payroll, employee, and financial information.
• Assist with other accounting and admin duties.
