Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Idaho is seeking a senior Asset Protection leader to partner with district and store leadership to safeguard assets, drive store operating systems, and improve the customer experience while controlling costs.

You will train store operations managers, develop a diverse team, manage investigations, and coordinate with regional leaders across multi-store geographies. The role demands strong data analysis, incident response, and the ability to influence business results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Risk Management or related field preferred
• 7 years of multi-store big-box retail experience
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and using varied data sources to understand complex problems
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
• 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
• 10 years of multi-store retail experience (preferred)
• Experience in omni-channel retail environments (preferred)
• Experience analyzing business documents (P&L, exception reports) (preferred)
• Experience using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS) (preferred)
• Completion of interview and interrogation training programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes
• Teach and train store operations managers across the organization
• Build relationships with regional, district, store leadership teams and city officials
• Manage, hire, and develop a diverse AP team across multiple stores
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and support post-prosecution activities
• Address theft and ORC concerns and implement corrective actions
• Lead crisis management and emergency response across multi-store environments
• Provide feedback and mentorship to teams to drive growth
• Forecast and manage multiple financial accounts for controllable expenses
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hazmat documentation requirements
• Coach associates on processes/tools impacting customer experience
• Collaborate with AP and Store leadership to resolve facilities and maintenance issues
• Conduct store visits and reviews with district leaders to drive performance
• Promote adoption and continuous improvement of operational programs
• Analyze safety reports for trends and corrective plans
• Analyze district data to address shrink and root causes
• Oversee freight flow, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
• Deliver regular reporting and trend analyses to support financial performance
• Analyze facilities-related P&L line items to influence cost-saving behaviors
• Execute facilities emergency response protocols
