Job summary

A leader in reusable packaging is seeking dedicated individuals in Springfield, Missouri, to manage and inspect reusable plastic containers on the production line. Responsibilities include loading, inspecting, sorting, and maintaining quality standards of RPCs. Candidates should have warehouse or production experience and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly. This role offers competitive pay at $17.00 per hour plus benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans. Opportunities are available for shifts from morning to evening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and comply with company and service center rules.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours.

Responsibilities

• Load reusable plastic containers onto the production line.
• Inspect RPCs for quality and maintain compliance with GMP standards.
• Monitor RPCs during processing for quality assurance.
• Sort and stack finished products safely.
• Repair damaged RPCs as needed.

Skills

Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs
