Job summary

Schlotzsky's is recruiting for a Kitchen position at a corporate location in Texas. You will execute brand standards and ensure product quality across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, soup/salad, and bakery stations while maintaining a fast service pace.

The role requires adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, ability to handle multiple stations, and a commitment to teamwork and positive relations with colleagues. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in procedures for all kitchen stations and guest service stations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive slicing with a sharp knife.
• Must adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vegetables, meats, cheeses, and salads according to recipes.
• Assemble pizzas and other items with attention to speed and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized prep and service stations throughout shifts.
• Follow daily PAR sheets and ticket orders to ensure order accuracy.
