Job summary

Schlotzsky’s corporate location is seeking a Kitchen position to uphold brand standards and ensure quality across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, soup/salad, and bakery stations. You will prepare items per recipes, manage tickets, and maintain a clean, safe work area to support fast service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, reading customer tickets, maintaining speed of service, and collaborating with management on customer issues while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in kitchen stations and guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep standards for vegetables, meats, and cheeses per PAR sheets.
• Prepare soups, salads, pizzas, and bakery items according to recipes.
• Maintain clean prep stations and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Read tickets and prepare orders quickly to meet service pace.
• Support management by addressing customer issues and upholding policies.
