Job summary

Schlotzsky’s is seeking a Kitchen position in Tulsa to execute brand standards, maintain product quality, and ensure recipe execution across prep, meat/cheese, pizza, and bakery stations. The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and uniform standards while delivering orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include following daily PAR sheet prep, maintaining clean stations, and collaborating with management on customer issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient and knowledgeable of procedures for all kitchen stations.
• Essential functions include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking during shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep standards for vegetables, meats, and cheeses.
• Prepare salads, soups, pizzas, and bakery items according to recipes.
• Read tickets and prepare orders to meet speed-of-service guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety guidelines.
