Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years customer service experience preferred.
• MS Office with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots) and large data handling is required.
• Workday intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new unit/transfer titles and registrations across states.
• Process annual renewals; ensure on-time renewals with zero penalties.
• Input payments and issue receipts; clarify license/permit status for customers.
