Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Three years or more customer service experience preferred.
• MS Office Suite experience; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams with intermediate skills.
• Workday intermediate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create state paperwork for title and registration on new or transfer-in units; coordinate documents with domicile shop.
• Process renewal notices and annual renewals for existing equipment across states; ensure timely renewals and accuracy.
• Provide support to internal and external customers regarding status of licenses and permits.
• Input payment information into the system with receipts and unit breakdown for fees.
