Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Titles Specialist to review vehicle deals and audit title documentation for compliance across multiple locations. You’ll help ensure accurate title processing, identify discrepancies, and support audit readiness while partnering with dealership and regional operations teams.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handle sensitive documents securely, and communicate title status updates clearly to internal teams. A detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 2+ years of automotive titles experience required.
• Experience conducting audits or reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews completed vehicle deals to ensure all title documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state‑specific requirements.
• Conducts title audits to verify proper documentation, signatures, lien information, and supporting paperwork prior to title submission.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves title discrepancies or missing documentation in a timely manner.
• Partners with dealership teams and in‑state vendors to ensure accurate and timely title transfers.
• Maintains secure handling, tracking, and storage of vehicle titles and related documentation.
• Performs monthly audits of stored titles and file room records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
