Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking a full-time in-house Right-of-Way Permitting Technician to support right-of-way acquisitions for pipeline and electric transmission line projects in Norman, OK. The position focuses on land and data management, permit tracking, and ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas, pipeline, or electric utility in a Right-of-Way role.
• Strong understanding of rights-of-way documents, easements, deeds, and acquisitions.
• Ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Earth, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process road and railroad permit applications across multiple agencies.
• Submit rights-of-way, easements, leases, and land use permits on BLM, BIA, and state lands.
• Prepare supporting documents for public agency and third-party encroachments.
• Track permit status, expirations, renewals, and communicate stipulations to teams.
• Enter permits and documents into land management databases and maintain files.
