Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related technical field and 5+ years’ experience in right of way/land services.
- Law degree or MBA preferred.
- Equivalent education/experience considered for the role.
Responsibilities
- Complies with safety and environmental requirements and reports hazards.
- Assist in establishing proposed routes for pipeline projects.
- Estimate right-of-way costs and acquisition timelines.
- Prepare landowner certificates and research data for title work.
- Obtain permissions for surveys and identify route issues.
- Prepare permit applications for affected agencies.
- Negotiate rights of way, leases, licenses, and related documents.
- Support condemnation files and litigation related to real property.
