Job summary

Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our portfolio.

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Maintenance, you will manage repairs, renovations, capital improvements, and training for maintenance staff to meet Vista's quality standards. The role requires coordinating with Regional and Community Managers, developing preventative maintenance programs, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management at a Maintenance Manager level or higher.
• Experience with multisite property operations, budgets and staff supervision.
• Must be willing to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance operations for the assigned portfolio.
• Create and implement a preventative maintenance program and procedures.
• Provide safety training and compliance with local/state requirements.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff; manage vendor contracts and bids.
• Inspect properties, manage budgets, and ensure timely work order completion.
