Job summary

Fox Pest Control in Logan, Utah is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage multi-state payroll processing and marketing revenue for a growing, multi-state organization. You’ll work closely with Finance and HR to ensure timely, accurate payroll and to track marketing agreement revenue and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing across multiple states and entities.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills are required.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for multiple companies and branches.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Reconcile timecards, wages, salaries, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Assist with payroll setup for new employees, branches, and companies.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure consistent compensation data.
