Fox Pest Control in Logan, Utah, seeks a Staff Accountant to manage payroll for multiple states, handle marketing-revenue tracking, and support accounting operations within a growing corporate team.

You will collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll, correct revenue invoicing, and clean financial records across entities, contributing to process improvements and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and revenue management.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and payroll software.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for multiple companies and branches.
• Partner with HR to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with federal/state/local requirements.
• Review and reconcile timecards, wages, salaries, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Support payroll setup for new employees, branches, and companies as we grow.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements.
