Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payroll requests.
• Assist with payroll inquiries from employees and internal partners.
• Support payroll balancing and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain payroll documentation and process controls.
• Support payroll tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Partner with payroll tax vendor for filings and account maintenance.
