Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll operations workflows across state registrations, employer account maintenance, workers’ compensation, and related requirements.
• Research state/local requirements and steps to establish and maintain employer accounts and registrations.
• Collaborate with government agencies, insurance carriers, brokers, and partners to establish accounts and resolve issues.
• Manage account lifecycle changes, renewals, audits, transfers, and closures.
• Investigate and resolve registration, access, policy, and other operational issues.
