Job summary

Gatesource HRUS is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and administer employee benefits across multiple locations. The role bridges employees and insurance providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll for 185 staff across seven states, processing deductions, reconciling benefits, and supporting open enrollment within ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Experience administering employee benefits and HR/payroll compliance.
• Familiarity with payroll tax filings and reporting requirements.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 185 employees across multiple states.
• Administer health and welfare benefits and enrollments.
• Prepare and file year-end reports (W-2, 1095-C) and benefits audits.
• Maintain HRIS and ERP data in ADP Workforce Now and Dynamics AX.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
