Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Payroll & Benefits Administrator to manage multi-state payroll and comprehensive employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role supports payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HR compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately in OH, PA, NY, MS using HRIS.
• Maintain and audit payroll records for compliance with laws.
• Prepare payroll reports for leadership and finance.
• Coordinate year-end processing including W-2s and ACA reporting.
• Oversee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401(k), COBRA, FMLA).
• Ensure benefits deductions are accurate and compliant.
